YMCA 'Spring Two Weeks Free’ PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Terms)

1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY

a. This ‘Spring Two Weeks Free’ (Promotion) is offered by Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd (ABN 75 092 818 445) of 502/990 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128 (YMCA).

b. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

c. The Promotion is available at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Brunswick Baths, Coburg Leisure Centre, Fawkner Leisure Centre, Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Benalla Aquatic Centre, Horsham Aquatic Centre, Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, Warragul Leisure Centre, South Gippsland SPLASH (Participating Centres) between the dates of 10 November to 17 November 2025 (Promotion Period).

d. To be eligible for the Promotion:

1. You must be not be an existing swimming lessons member at the relevant Participating Centre;

2. You must become a swimming lessons member at that Participating Centre within the Promotion Period.

e. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.

2. SIGN UP TERMS

a. Participants are eligible for two weeks free swimming lessons when sign up occurs in the Promotional Period. A credit will be applied to your account prior to the first debit once you have signed up.

b. The Promotion is only available with a minimum commitment term of eight weeks.

c. This Promotion is not applicable to existing swimming lesson members.

d. The Promotion is only available at Participating Centres.

d. The Promotion is available for Y swimming lessons not for school groups or holiday programs. It is available for infants, pre-school, primary school aged programs and teens etc (exclude schools and school holiday programs).

3. PRIVACY

a. YMCA handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://victoria.ymca.org.au/privacy-policys

4. MISCELLANEOUS

a. YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease, extend and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.

b. To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.

c. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).

d. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

e. Members will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
