As we get older, physical exercise becomes increasingly important for a wide range of physical and mental health reasons.

With an Active Adults membership, you'll gain access to our facilities and a wide range of age-specific classes including aquatic and land classes, in addition to all mainstream aquatic classes.

Personal Success Plan

The Personal Success Plan is designed around you, to help you reach your fitness goals. We’re pleased to be able to offer this complimentary service to all members.

Your Personal Success Plan will kick-start with a 45-minute one-on-one induction with a qualified trainer. Your trainer will listen to your goals and tailor a program to suit your needs and fitness level.

You’ll receive: 

  • one-on-one consultation with a qualified trainer to discuss the health and fitness goals you want to achieve;
  • complete body composition tracking with our state-of-the-art EVOLT 360 body composition scanner;
  • a simple but effective six to 10 exercise program for you to follow to work towards achieving those goals, demonstrating how to safely and effectively complete these exercises on the gym floor. This ensures you are confident and feel supported in achieving your health and wellness goals.

You can book your Personal Success Plan appointments in person at the gym or at reception.

You will also have access to the below appointments as part of your membership within your Personal Success Plan.

  • Program check (recommended four to eight weeks after you’ve completed your planning session)
    • Helps to keep you motivated and ensure you are staying on track, refining your goals and personalised exercise program
  • Program review (every six to eight weeks)
    • This ongoing check ensures your results do not plateau
    • Review your current position and adjust your exercise program as your goals develop/change, ensuring you continue to stay motivated
