What’s on during Sunday Sessions?
Every Sunday morning in August, our facilities will be open for you to access gyms, pools and exciting group fitness classes.

Sunday Sessions are here to help you push back against alcohol and make the most of your mornings.
It’s not just about exercise—it’s about making positive choices for your lifestyle. Here are a few reasons to get involved:

- Socialise with others: Bring along a friend or family member, or share a laugh with new friends you meet during the sessions.
How to take part in Sunday Sessions
Follow these steps to secure your place in one of our group fitness classes:
- Visit the group fitness timetable in the client portal.
- Select ‘Change club’ to choose your preferred centre.
- Find the ‘Sunday Sessions’ class you want to join.
- Click ‘Book now’.
- Creating an account: If you haven’t visited us before or don’t have an existing account, please head to our online customer portal. Select 'Join or book now’ and follow the prompts to create your account — no payment details are required.
Click on ‘Casual Booking’ and continue through the steps to create a free account (please note: do not select 'Guest Account').

- Arrive 15 minutes before your class to get settled and set up.
- If your plans change and you can't attend, please cancel your spot ahead of time to allow someone else to take your spot.
Just heading to the pool or gym? There's no need to book pool or gym access - just turn up and sign in at reception for your Sunday Session.
