I have over 12 years in the industry and worked as a strength and conditioning coach at conquest training semi and professional rugby players and professional boxers.
I believe in a fun and friendly approach to reach your health related fitness goals. My training style is friendly, challenging and functional. I love training anybody that is interested in getting fitter and/or stronger.
