About me
As an avid gym goer, I enjoy spending most of my day in the gym either training myself or helping other people work towards achieving their goals. When I’m not at the gym I’m often camping or fishing somewhere enjoying the outdoors.
As a trainer I like to have a laugh with my clients, yet still push them hard when required to achieve the most out of each session. I try to make each session as enjoyable as possible whilst still making sure the hard work is getting done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
- ESSA Level 1 Sport Scientist
- ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning
- First Aid/CPR
What motivates me as a trainer
My biggest motivator as a trainer is seeing clients achieve the goals that they set out to achieve. Whether it’s losing a certain amount of weight, or increasing strength to a certain level. Seeing how good it makes my clients feel will always keep me enjoying my job.
