The 50 metre outdoor pool will be closed on 12 October, 19 October, 26 October and 9 November for the water polo season. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Qualifications

  • Cert III and IV in Fitness
  • Cert IV Allied Health Assistance – physiotherapy & occupational therapy
  • Additional quals: Pelvic Floor Fitness, Pre-Post Natal Exercise, Fitness for older adults, Sub30 Core, TRX Suspensions, Mobility Training, Stretching & Foam Rollers

 

What motivates me as a trainer

I became a fitness trainer because I’m an educator at heart, with a passion for movement and holistic health. I see exercise as powerful natural medicine for both mind and body, and I love seeing the positive change it brings.

I’m driven to help people of all ages build habits, develop discipline and navigate their fitness journey with the right tools. To me, being a trainer is a mission to empower others to feel strong, confident, and well—both in and beyond the gym.
