About me

Self confessed former sports mad enthusiast including competitive running, tennis & hockey. Now channeling my passion for sport, health & fitness to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

As a mum of 3 my approach with clients is nurturing, caring, open & honest but at the same time I’m motivating and guiding you to achieve your goals, develop confidence in the gym and above all to enjoy the journey.

Qualifications

  • Cert III/IV in Fitness
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Mat Pilates Instructor (current)

 

What motives me as a trainer

After a career in corporate HR I finally found my passion in helping others achieve true happiness in enjoying exercise, achieving results and transforming their lives for the better.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone achieve results that they never thought they could and adopting a healthy & active lifestyle. This is forever!
